Fax2Mail
World-wide always having all messages at hand seems nearly not possible. With fax@MAIL
we supply a further component, thereby you always have your faxes available. fax@MAIL
receives fax messages and sends them by smtp to a E-Mail p.o. box. In doing so it
can be configured as many as desired direct-inward dialings and email receiver.
That means, each coworker can receive economically faxes by email over Outlook or
on its printer expressions!

One ISDN card is enough and fax@MAIL receives your faxes. These faxes are saved
as pictures (PDF, JPG, TIF, SFF) and can be sent per mail to your outlook. So your network becomes a
Unified Messaging Network! Additionally exists
the possibility
of printing out all detailed faxes. Thus fax@MAIL replaces your fax equipment for the fax reception.
Each activity of fax@MAIL is noted in a log file in the W3C format and can be
evaluated graphically in such a way with Visendo Analyzer or any analyzer.

Fax Server on a network
By combining ISDN, fax@MAIL and a Exchange server all employees can receive faxes
at their workingplace.
Additional faxmachine at the working place
You have an ISDN card in your PC and want to use it to receive faxes.
Receive faxes at home
Modern PCs start automatically if a call comes to the ISDN card directly. This works
with the suspend mode. So faxes are saved or delivered to an email account and you
have them at hand if you are on the way.
Mobile office
You travel a lot? fax@MAIL forwards faxes to your mobile email account so that you
are always up to date.
