Visendo Fax Server Enterprise works as a fax server without special connectors.
With the help of the internet standard smtp faxes are dispatched by mail at its mailserver (e.g. Exchange or Lotus Notes) and so are available in the inbox.
Dispatched faxes will be likewise sent to you by mail including a transmission report
and will be archived with the faxes report information in its information software.
An automatic print-out can be set when desired.

In order to start running Visendo Fax Server Enterprise only one installation on a Windows Server is needed. The usual information client such as Outlook or Outlook Web Access is used thereby for sending and receiving. With the printer driver you can fax from each application.
The management of the software is to be accomplished simply and intuitively. Maintenance of the software is not necessary.

Visendo Fax Server Enterprise is sketched in such a way, that even with high fax appearance the processor load is low.
Because of the architecture of Visendo Fax Server Enterprise it is also possible to combine any number of fax servers to a fax farm.
Because communication is accomplished over TCP/IP and their sub protocols such as SMTP, there are no malfunctions.
Jobs are stringed together in queues and processed chronologically. Over different available software interfaces an integration at third party software is possible.
The license costs are graduated in line with demand and start at few 100 euro.
Visendo Fax Server Enterprise is below the line more favorably than the acquisition of new fax equipment.
In each case one server license is needed, to which an individual number of clients can be attached.

The faxes are dispatched as diagram in selectable formats and so can be separated with operating system tools. When high arising an integration of a archiving system is possible and meaningful.
Visendo Fax Server Enterprise works with usual MS Office programs and requires therefore no training or maintenance.
