Fax Printer Client |

 In order to send faxes by using Visendo Fax Printer you have to install it first (you will find it on the downloads page). After the installation, the Fax Printer will appear in your list with printers. Select it for usage the in the following way:
Open the desired file which you want to fax (Word Document, Excel Document etc), then click on file/print
and select the Fax Printer as your current printer. A new window will pop-up (see image below)
and you will be able to register the fax number, transmission time and the number of attempts.

Next you will configure in the second window (see image below) the receiver's contact details / import contact details |

Now you only have to click the "Send" button and you will be
informed automatically over your email address whether your fax reached its destination or not.

In order to use the function Mail2Fax, you simply have to send an email from Outlook. You have to fill the field "TO" with " Visendo Fax Server". In the field "Subject" you have to indicate the fax number, to which the attachment (here test1 and test2) is to be sent. The Fax Server writes in each case a fax for Test1, Test2 and the text body and then it sends them. (see image below). Simple and easy! |

Web Client |

After installing the Visendo Fax Server, an icon/linkage with the Fax Server and a Website appears on your desktop, which directly passes you to the Visendo Fax Web Client. You can also get it over this link "http://localhost/VisendoFaxWebClient/faxsender.asp". Over our Visendo Fax Web Client you can send and receive faxes online. A directory from your data base or from Outlook can also be used. In order to send a fax, indicate the fax number, email address, attempts and possible attachments under "sending fax" (see image below). |

You can manage, add and ímport contacts in the directory: from Outlook, Outlook Express and Netscape. (see image below) |
